Thank You for the Opportunity to Serve

Dear Fellow Alaskan,

In a few short days, I will be traveling to Juneau to give voice to the concerns of Alaskans, and particularly fellow Alaskans living in the Mat-Su. The challenges that face our state loom large indeed. Please know that while I represent those in the Mat-Su, I welcome advice, support, and suggestions from Alaskans in all parts of our state. It will require both collaboration and courage to navigate the challenges that lie before us.

As a candidate, I ran to fight for genuine conservative reform, fiscally and socially, and that hasn't changed. I am currently working to achieve both. That work requires identifying individuals, organizations, and talent from every part of Alaska to join with us in supporting and implementing the difficult decisions that we, as legislators, have been elected to make. No matter what the legislature determines and the governor approves next year, many of our state's long-term challenges will remain. I'm in this fight for the long-term, as an Alaskan always, and as a legislator for the next two years.

With your help I believe we can make great strides toward ensuring that our communities are great places to live, work, and to raise families. These are my goals, and I thank and look forward to working with every Alaskan to achieve them.

Sincerely,
